Just a short intro into who I am and what I do :
            Level 1 cycling coach + Level 1 MTB coach.
            Strength & conditioning coach.
            Component selection / advice.

            Personal coach / adviser.
            Experienced at all levels of competition.

            Road, MTB & BMX racing, Running, Swimming, Wind Surfing.

Coaching is available for all levels of riders from the beginner to the elite and all forms of cycling ie: Road, MTB & BMX, Tri.

Personal Coaching. Personal instruction is an integral and crucial part of the Training Program. Not only will the program be "given", it will be "taught" as well. This is normally done through regular communication via phone, email, or mail. Depending upon proximity, regular training session on weekends for skills and technique, an initial face-to-face no obligation FREE consultation will be done to get to know the rider better and determine the specific needs and goals of the rider and to check correct rider position on bikes.
